MRI
In the first six months of the Enkorten therapy the size of T1 MRI lesions was found to be reduced by 55%. Also the size and number of T2 MRI lesions was significantly reduced during the Enkorten treatment.

Disability Level
Disability level in the patients that are suffering from multiple sclerosis is measured through the complete neurological examination testing 7 different functional systems and scoring the disability level according to the EDSS scale.

During the clinical phase II and III studies, disability levels improved even after 3 months of using Enkorten. After 6 months of Enkorten application, 67% of patients showed improvements in their disability levels.

Relapse Rate
Relapse rate during the clinical studies was significantly reduced in the group of patients that were taking Enkorten. Also, the time to first relapse was longer in patients taking Enkorten compared to the patients from the control group that were free from RRMS treatments.
